Job Title: Certified Direct Care Staff for Personal Care Home

Position: Personal Care Aide Full time
Position Summary:
To ensure that the residents have assistance with ADL’s, transfers and ambulation. Companionship to the residents and their families. Assist the residents in organizing their day.
Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
GED (General Education Diploma).
Active CNA.
Essential Functions:
Assist the residents in their daily routine. Reporting any changes to the supervisor. Assisting with ADL’s, transfers and mobility. Companionship to the residents and their families. Documentation as required. Following the residents support plan. Other job duties and assigned.
Physical Demands:
Being able to stand, sit and walk for extended period of time. Assist the residents with their ADL’s, transfers and ambulation. Be able to lift 50 lbs. Be able to push and pull 50 lbs. Exposure to infectious disease. Be able to bend over to assist with care and to make beds.

Compensation:
The compensation for this position is based on experience. The range for this role will be discussed during the interview process, taking into consideration the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.
