Responsibilities:
-this role is mainly for back office.
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments
-take X-rays on patients as needed
-must have availability Saturday mornings (9am-1pm)
-Clean and package instruments and clean patient rooms (flip the rooms)
- Collect and update patient information, including medical documentation and records
- Assist with patient assessment and triage as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to participants
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a dental assistant and know how to help with front office duties
-familiarity with dental terminology, procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Note: Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
