Seeking Entry Level and Skilled Construction Workers.
A Construction Laborer is responsible for performing manual labor on all phases of construction (Heavy Civil) including, traffic control, demolition, utility removal and install, road reconstruction, bridge work, and most everything in between.
If you are seeking a career trade- Construction Worker is a great place to learn and be rewarded. Learning the industry at the foundation level allows for progressive, professional development and career advancement. Project Managers, Superintendents, Foreman and most Operators are borne from this initial phase of development. And those careers can earn in excess of $100K.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation. Ability to travel to jobsites in different locations.
- Experience with site-work, excavation, utilities, or paving. (Preferred, not Required)
- Must be able perform physically demanding tasks on an everyday basis.
- Ability to understand verbal instructions and carry them out as directed.
- Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility.
- Willingness and ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctuality, integrity, dependability, and positivity.
- Enthusiasm for hard work, physical demand, and difficult tasks.
- Availability to work 40+ hours a week.
- Availability for occasional night and weekend work.
- Heavy Equipment operation. (After training and/or prior credentials)
