Ideal candidates will have industrial sales experience (PPE/safety preferred) selling and promoting products through distributors and a passion for providing life impacting products that make a difference in people's lives.

Territory includes Southern: Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama
Location: Houston (home based)
Responsibilities
- Develop sales plan for assigned territory identifying target customers and distributors.
- Travel the territory to generate new business and convert competitive business making 16-20 meetings per week.
- Conduct sales meetings and training sessions for distributors in your territory.
- Meet your quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Track record of outside sales success in industrial marketplace (safety industry preferred).
- Entrepreneurial mindset -- able to run a territory likes it's your own business.
- Hunter mentality -- able to gain new clients and grow existing business.
- Solid product-based sales experience -- able to sell benefits and value vs price.
- Successful experience managing and growing a large or multi-state territory.
- Experience working with distributors to sell and promote products.
- Proficiency with CRM systems to track and maintain opportunities.
- Able to travel 8-10 nights / month.
