Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register patients, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls, schedule consultation and surgery appointments and provide information. Present patient financial estimates.
- Handle patient inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing charts
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure patient satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information with HIPPA compliance
- Problem-solving skills to address patient concerns or issues
Note: Experience working in oral surgery is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
