The Maintenance Technician maintains the community's physical integrity, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Maintenance: Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance. Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, stairs, gates, flooring, lighting, locks, ceilings, walls, and pool areas.

Coordination: Inspect and coordinate make-ready repairs, assist staff to meet deadlines, and report major repairs and supply needs while adhering to budget.

Physical Tasks: Move heavy appliances/equipment as needed. Maintain clean grounds by raking, sweeping, shoveling, power washing, and picking up trash and pet waste.

Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
