Canon has a full time/permanent opportunity for a Print Operations Manager with a growing client of ours in Washington, DC (20433). This position offers long term opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
Main Responsibilities:
The manager will designate production management either to the CR (contract representative) or to the HQ/LSC Coordinator positions, and will provide an onsite designated representative to assume his/her duties during normal Bank business hours Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm, except on holidays observed by the Bank.
The manager will manage all personnel matters from an HR perspective and will communicate any issues required to the Bank’s contract manager, GCSPM.
The manager will be in constant communication with the onsite CR (contract representative) or HQ/LSC Coordinators regarding any production or staffing issues requiring his/her input, and to resolve any issues which cannot be resolved at the coordinator level.
Oversees contractual staff in all HQ print areas; JB3 Digital Print Center, MC Express Print Center and the Wide Format Print Center in MC C3.
Manages daily production in the three production centers listed above, coordinates staff and project timelines to ensure on-time delivery in concert with the Bank’s Production Coordinator.
Serves as liaison between the Bank’s customer service team and Bank’s production coordinator as needed to ensure quality delivery of products and staff satisfaction.
Works closely with the contractor’s LSC Coordinator and the Bank’s Production Coordinator as many projects span between HQ and LSC print locations.
Coordinates workloads and balances work between the various HQ print centers to ensure best quality and on-time delivery.
Is ultimately responsible for quality and service delivery from all HQ-located print facilities.

Pay: $115,000.00 per year
