Entry-level/Jr and Sr Quality Engineer (Electronics MFG)
The Quality Engineer will collaborate closely with both the Quality and Process/Manufacturing teams, supporting electronic component manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate process and product controls, conduct gap analyses, and drive proactive continuous improvements.
- Aid in developing incoming inspection reports and maintaining records.
- Work closely with Quality and manufacturing counterparts to address end customer issues, enhance yields, and refine process and product controls.
- Support Operational and manufacturing teams by programming equipment for various products and processes in Nashua.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills internally and externally with vendors, customers, etc., as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline. Recent college graduates or those with up to 12 years of experience will be considered, preferably with experience in assembly/chip and wire operations.
- Consideration given to upcoming college graduates with internship experience in microelectronics assembly. Training in Statistical/Operational Excellence such as Six Sigma is desired.
- Experience working within Quality Engineering for manufacturing is a must – Quality for electronics components or electronic systems is a big bonus
- Strong background in system programming; coursework in computer programming is advantageous.
- Preferred coursework in math and statistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team, particularly in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Experience with statistical software such as JMP, Minitab or similar is preferred.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
