MUST HAVE
- Master’s (MBA) Degree in a relevant field is required.
- 7-10 years relevant experience in consumer durable products industry through sales, product management or marketing
- Experience of developing and driving a sales channel; developing programs and building long-term relationships.
- Experience developing and deploying strategic initiatives to profitably expand and grow a business.
- Experience and Proven ability to drive top-line growth in small to medium sized customer base versus high volume sales with a handful of large-scale retail chains.
- Experience and Demonstrated success in the growth and development of a national sales force.
- Experience and Exposure in the building materials manufacturing space.
- Solid computer skills with experience in the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word Processing, and PowerPoint presentations.

- Ideal candidate will have more than 7 years of national level sales leadership that is responsible for more than $1B in total top line sales in the building materials space, an MBA, from the Charlotte metro area (or willing to relocate), and a proven track record of turning around a failing sales team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $240,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
