Foreman Duties & Responsibilities:
- Foreman Electrician will provide immediate supervision to electrical crew members to carry out work for new construction, additions, and remodel projects.
- Plans, Schedules, and Organizes work assignments to include determining resources required to accomplish missions safely, within scheduled time/deadlines and in a cost-effective manner
- Reads and interprets blueprints, diagrams, sketches, and technical specifications to carry out project work assigned.
- Provides daily work progress pictures and reports to Project Manager daily.
Experience Required
- Experienced in the installation of all types of electrical gear equipment, devices, conduit, and wire.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Minimum 5 years Commercial Electrical experience required.
- Minimum 2 years Electrical Foreman experience.
- Ability to follow all verbal and written instructions in English. Bi-lingual a plus
- Directly supervise, instruct, and train electrical crew(s) in a safe manner.
- Proficiency with the use and maintenance of hand and power tools, equipment, and precision measuring and/or test equipment common to electrical trade
- Responsible for operating excavation and backfill equipment safely
- Physical requirements include wearing safety gear, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, lifting of heavy tools and materials.
- Strong work ethic required: initiative, tenacity & enjoys a challenge.
- Must be capable of working both indoors and outdoors and may require working in direct sunlight daily for several hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
