The UPS Store* in Anaheim is seeking a part-time or full-time Notary Sales associate. We are looking for a bright, energetic, self-starter with a professional appearance and friendly helpful demeanor to ensure our customers receive outstanding customer service.
We require a Notary Public to be present at all times. Please indicate in your response if you have an active Notary License or are eligible to become a Notary Public.
Willing to work with your schedule to establish a working schedule, which also includes weekends.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Packaging shipments for safe arrival utilizing UPS packaging requirements
- Following UPS standard operating procedures as well as adhering to legal, safety and security policies
- Receive, sort and place mail in mailbox modules accurately
- Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
- Operates the Point of Sale(POS), handles financial transactions and make changes.
- Operate copiers, fax machine, laminator, and cash registers.
- Multi-task while maintaining extreme attention to detail and quality control.
- Open and/or close the store
- Maintain clean, organized and safe working environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certified Notary Preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Lift, push and pull 50 lbs
- Standing for long periods throughout schedule day
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must have clean Background
- Good References
Salary: $15.50-$17.50 (Negotiable based on Notary license)
Store Hours: M-F 8:00AM – 6:00PM, SAT 8:00AM – 4:00PM & SUN 10:00AM – 3:00PM
