Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced , full-charge bookkeeper to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has the commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Quick Books or other accounting software experience required.
Duties:
- Manage front desk activities and serve as the primary point of contact for the office.
-Manage accounts payable and receivable via QuickBooks.
-Maintain financial records and prepare financial reports.
-Analyze and reconcile bank statements.
-Maintain a filling system for financial documents,
-Perform data entry tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
-Assist with payroll processing.
-Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
-Some Administrative Assistant duties include answering phones and assisting the owner.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Conduct vendor management activities to ensure timely service delivery.
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with calendar management tools for scheduling appointments and meetings
- Ability to handle payroll processing accurately and efficiently
- Experience in vendor management to ensure quality service delivery
