Primary Responsibilities:

Work closely and alongside assisting the Financial Director.

Perform administrative duties such as creating Excel sheets & entering all records into Bookkeeping Software.

Performing accounting duties (Contacting Merchants regarding charges, submitting payments, filing, and office rent payments).

Prepare various financial reports, and statements & generate reports as needed.

Works with various bills and processes accordingly.

Maintain a system of filing, scanning, and assisting with archiving.

Make sure all invoices are paid, recorded, and filed away appropriately.

Handle personal property tasks as assigned. (i.e. Rent requests, rent receipts, creating leases, tracking keeping of lease end dates, obtaining contact information and keeping in communication with tenants for building complaints, creating legal documents, and other duties as assigned).

Update the Financial Director daily with all open tasks by creating task lists.

Assist the Financial Director with submitting invoice payments and keeping the Financial Director’s filing system.

Develop an understanding and familiarity with clients, partners, lawyers, and miscellaneous business relationships to manage requests accordingly.

Must have the ability to incorporate creative approaches to various projects by taking initiative and working independently.

Handle additional tasks and general office duties as assigned by the Financial Director.
Requirements:

A minimum of 4+ years in high-level accounting administrative experience in a business environment supporting the Executive level of CEO and/or other executive team members.

Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or other related field is required.

At least 1 year of Bookkeeping experience.

Must have experience with QuickBooks, MS Excel and Word.

Business Professional Attire is a must.

Compensation:

Salary range: $55,000-$65,000
