The full-time Room Attendant position will be responsible for performing the functions associated with the housekeeping department and to ensure guest rooms are cleaned to standards.
Tasks are highlighted below and will also include, but not limited to administrative duties as needed.
Job Skills and Requirements:
The functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Abide by safety procedures and programs.
- Abide by quality control and standards for housekeeping tasks.
- All aspects of guest room cleaning according to standards.
- All aspects of assisting with common area cleaning, as needed.
- Communicate with maintenance and front desk on status of rooms, work orders and repairs.
- Communicate with Housekeeping Supervisor on needs and concerns.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Good verbal and written communication skills with guests, and team members.
- Good organizational and efficiency skills.
- Reliable; able to multi-task and learn on the job.
- At least three (3) years of hospitality industry experience, within the housekeeping department.
- High School Diploma or GED
