The Client Service Associate position demands the following qualifications:

This position is ideal for a well-organized, detail-oriented person who takes pride in ensuring projects are completed correctly the first time for the benefit of clients and the team. The Client Service Associate focuses primarily on managing the operational aspect of client accounts, assisting the team to deliver an exceptional client experience, and playing an integral role with business development initiatives.
Daily duties include the following:
- Key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Regular, on-going maintenance of accounts and client service
- Assistance with regular administrative items and daily responsibilities
- Check deposits, Money Movements
- Assisting with Business Development Strategy and Growth Initiatives
- Assist in monthly financial review of the practice
- Ensuring adequate business and office management inventories.
- Ensuring the team maintains up to date licenses and state registrations

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
