Licensed Nursing Assistant, SNF, LTC, Rehab Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Collect specimens for testing and perform basic laboratory procedures
- Assist with sterile processing and maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns to the nursing staff
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Requirements:
- Valid New Hampshire LNA License
