Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including download and file confidential documents
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and organizing documents
- Act as a personal assistant to the team by handling various administrative tasks

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
