We are currently seeking a seasoned, reliable and conscientious office administrative assistant to work directly with the company owner. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent, verifiable office experience. Minimum skills include proficiency with spreadsheets , knowledge of banking, deposits record keeping, reconciliation and audit procedures.
This position is part time, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7:00 AM to 12:0PM.
Responsibilities:
Data entry
Create, Manage and update spreadsheets
Handle currency and make deposits, Check PO Box
pay Vendors/suppliers
Print order tickets on a thermal POS printer
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 years of recent, verifiable office experience
Proficient in Excel Or Numbers (Mac OS)
Comfortable with handling currency and performing basic accounting duties. Must have strong organizational skills and be focused on details and accuracy
professional demeanor with articulate oral and written communication.
Must be able to pass a thorough background check (No felonies, misdemeanors must be more than 10 years old).,
Must be willing to submit to a credit check due to the nature of the business
Special consideration given to those with experience with Mac.
