POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, Client Intelligence (CI) at ECRI will be responsible for maintaining master client data integrity, implementing data governance policies, optimizing client data management and analysis, and developing dashboards and reports to share insights. This role combines business analytics, data mining, data visualization, data tools and infrastructure, and best practices to help make data-driven decisions to grow our client relationships. This intelligence helps us gain a deeper understanding of our clients’ journey to build more meaningful relationships so that we can optimize the client experience.
We’re looking for an experienced Manager, CI to lead our team in developing and implementing intelligence strategies that help us better understand our clients and improve their experience. The right candidate will have a deep understanding of collecting and analyzing large amounts of data along the client journey from various sources, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP), surveys, voice of the customer programs, and website analytics to unlock insights into client behavior, preferences, and sentiment.

Essential Functions Statement(s):

Responsible for managing master client data, retrieval, and analysis of large amounts of client data within the organization.
- Develop and manage client intelligence solutions and tools for the organization, including CRM, survey tool(s), etc.

Document the current state of our client data.

Help define and document the governance around our client data, design, and systems.

Create and maintain documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user manuals for the organization for our tools.

Lead an intelligence team, including building strategy and setting priorities for the team in line with the organizational and departmental goals with clear metrics and outcomes.

Provide client insights via reports and dashboards through office applications, including Power BI, to share information and improve internal processes.

Build and sustain relationships with business-facing teams across the organization to collect data and maintain a focus on our mission to expand our impact with new and existing clients.

Analyze business requirements and processes and recommend them to management for evaluation and implementation.

Maintain current understanding of the external market landscape to identify and leverage best practices and learnings.

Identify the development needs for streamlining and improving the organization's operations for efficiency and client support.

Build voice of the client surveys and analyze results to provide solutions that better support our clients, reduce churn, and improve our overall product portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in customer intelligence, market research, or data analysis roles.

3+ years leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives to deliver high impact outcomes.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills.

The ability to work both as a team and independently.

Knowledge and governance around master data management (MDM).
-
Proper knowledge on business policies and regulations.

An understanding of budgeting procedures, methods, evaluation criteria and resource planning.
Education:

Bachelors of Science required

Masters in Business Intelligence and Analytics preferred.
Computer Skills:
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analytics tools.

Proficiency in MS Office, VBA coding, data mining, SQL, Power BI, Qlik SaaS
Certifications & Licenses:

Professional certifications in data analysis or market research are desirable.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position operates in a remote environment and requires the individual to remain in a stationary position, whether sitting or standing, before a desk or other fixed workspace, most of their workday. In addition, this position requires the individual to occasionally move about their workspace to access and inspect work-related materials, such as file cabinets with physical files and standard office equipment. This position requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, including, but not limited to, a laptop, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and phone, as well as effectively communicate information and ideas to a wide variety of audiences in written and oral form.
