Seeking a member of our team that will be responsible for working within Microvellum (cabinet software) in conjunction with other responsibilities that go hand-in-hand with a start-up venture.
Job Description:
· We are a start-up: Be flexible, come ready to do what is needed. We will sprint, you will make mistakes, we will learn and get better!
· Overall responsibility will be to master Microvellum (we will provide 15 days of in-depth direct training)
· Prepare initial layout of drawing pages, including project information and key plans per area.
· Develop detailed shop drawings and submittal packages for millwork, cabinetry, and panel products using Microvellum software.
· Create our initial detailed drawings, specifications, and BIM’s for website and sales team.
· Work with Project Teams in creating RFI’s, identifying scope adjustment items, establishing and evaluating design concepts, requisitioning material, generating material lists.
· Modify and revise designs to improve operating efficiency, field changes, and design modifications.
Qualifications:
· Experience with Microvellum (Preferred) and or other cabinet design software (i.e. Mozaik, Cabinet Vision)
· 1-3 years of relevant experience in working with furniture/millwork specific drawings, blue prints, 2-D drawings, material processing call outs, etc.
· Microsoft Teams: We will communicate internally with Teams…not emails.
