Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $18 per hour plus incentives. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills, and experience and will make an offer appropriately.
This is a hybrid position, two days in the office, 3 days remote after training, Monday-Friday 11-8 PM.
Step program: After 6 months compensation will increase to $19 and every 6 months after it will increase an additional .50 per hour up to two years.

Overview
The Customer Care High Volume Order Entry assists customers in response to inquiries about products and services. Assists customers with placing product orders.
Primary Responsibilities

Assist specific customers in the division with key back-office processes (e.g, order processing, customer service, etc.); work in conjunction with National Call Center (NCC) back-office resources who will be performing similar functions

Resolve internal and external customer issues by returning/acknowledging phone calls and emails in a timely manner and providing responses and resolution in a reasonable amount of time

Research accounts and communicate to customers the reason for open invoices, short pays, and open credits and document accounts accordingly

Enter and process payments in AS400 brought into the site from customers and address any payment-related issues directly with the Salesforce and customers

Maintain effective and consistent communication with SalesForce and employees at NCC

Process incoming orders from customers

Answer general order inquiries, providing first level support, and minimizing call transfers

Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency plus two years of experience

Basic Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
