Genesis Youth Crisis Center is looking for a dedicated, driven child welfare professional for our new Mobile Crisis Response and Stabilization Team program, serving Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall and Wetzel counties.

About Mobile Crisis Response and Stabilization Teams:
The goal of our program is to provide mobile crisis response services to children, youth and their families. Our teams assess and evaluate the presenting crisis and provide appropriate interventions to stabilize the crisis. Additionally we provide timely supports and skills that are necessary to aid the family in returning to their normal functioning, including maintaining the youth in their homes, whenever possible.
Mobile Crisis Response and Stabilization Team Members provide crisis intervention and de-escalation services to clients and families. Mobile Crisis Response and Stabilization Team Members review cases with the Program Manager, assess appropriate treatment and case management interventions, aid in developing coping skills and coordinate care. Mobile Crisis Response and Stabilization Team Members also complete required paperwork in a timely fashion as well as maintain updated records on all clients assigned.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in a behavioral health field (psychiatry, social work, counseling, psychology or psychiatric nursing) and accompanying valid licensure and/or certifications.
Ability to deliver services as licensed behavioral clinician.
3-5 years in a behavioral health field, preferred.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Functions:
In addition to performing all of the responsibilities of the Mobile Crisis Response and Stabilization Team Member, the Mobile Crisis Response and Stabilization Team Program Manager will attend designated meetings, serve as a community representative for Mobile Crisis Response and Stabilization Teams, assist in the management of specialized issues and ensure that follow-up takes place within in a timely manner, assist with on-call supervisor rotation, review safety plans, monitor billing, assist with interviews, hiring and training for new team members. Provide weekly supervision, support, and education to team members to ensure that program objectives are met, ensure accurate documentation is maintained, and services provided meet the needs of those being served. Ensure the team is adhering to Bureau for Behavioral Health standards and protocols.

The minimum requirements are:
Valid WV driver's license
21 years of age
Masters degree in a behavioral health field (psychiatry, social work, counseling, psychology or psychiatric nursing) and accompanying valid licensure and/or certifications. Insurance and proper registration on vehicle
Pass a drug screen
Pass a criminal background check, no charges at all
Pass a CPS check, no abuse or neglect charges
Pass training for First Aid/CPR and TCI, be physically able to complete all.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
