Must be able to work both day and overnight shifts.
Guest Service Agent/Night Guest Service Agent is an entry level position and a great stepping stone for a very prosperous Guest Services future. Job Requirements: Candidate should meet the following criteria: § Minimum 2 years work experience preferably in Hotel/Hospitality Segment § Extremely detail oriented § Excellent phone skills § Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills § Ability to effectively prioritize, and organizational skills are required § Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment § Must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs Main Responsibilities: Guest Service Agent Previous cash handling, running reports and front office experience in a hotel atmosphere preferred. Customer service skills required which may include greeting, answering phones, guest assistance, trouble shooting, service recovery, multi tasking, and etc. PMS knowledge a plus.
