Job Summary: WOW Cargo Trailers seeks a dynamic and driven Business Development/ Internet Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning all about cargo trailers and possess a proven record of providing excellent customer service. As a Business Development/ Internet Sales Representative, you will drive online sales growth and promote our top-of-the-line cargo trailers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to online inquiries and sales leads promptly and professionally.
- Engage with potential customers via email, live chat, and other digital platforms to understand their trailer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Showcase the features and benefits of WOW Cargo Trailers to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Utilize various sales tools and software to manage leads, track sales, and optimize customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers online.
- Proficiency in using digital communication platforms, live chat, and email.
- Knowledge of cargo trailers and their applications is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A team player who can also work independently to achieve objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a bonus.
Location:This position is based at our headquarters in Concran, GA
Compensation:
- Income Potential: Unlimited, based on sales performance and incentives ($100k+ potential)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: No evening or weekend hours, providing you with an excellent work-life balance
