Exchangadisc, a leading music studio with a branch in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Salary Range: $38,500 - $48.000 per year
Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing accurate and timely information about our services.
- Assist clients with booking studio sessions, navigating our offerings, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Process orders, payments, and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with studio staff to ensure client needs are met and exceed their expectations.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer service software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
