This is a hybrid role requiring 3 times per week in the office with the option to work remotely 2 times per week.
Our Managed Care Team is looking to hire a Mid-to-Senior level Associate healthcare regulatory litigation experience to work with our large law firm client. This industry focused team represents the leading managed care companies throughout the United States in a wide range of cutting-edge matters including (among others) litigation, class actions, compliance, regulatory work, false claims act cases, government programs, and governmental investigations. Candidates should have at 3-7 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, excellent academic credentials and strong writing, research, analytical and verbal communication skills. Managed care or health care experience is required. Candidates must have experience handling multiple cases and/or managing regulatory or compliance matters, and ability to serve as the point person on litigation and/or counseling, including coordinating with other associates and staff and acting as client contact. Significant case management and/or client counseling experience preferred.

Pay: $240,000.00 - $375,000.00 per year
