As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing oversight to the Sugaristas, managing inventory, client escalations and overall customer service. You have prior experience providing Sugaring services and specifically, you will
Provide Sugaring and Lash Services to customers:
- Ensure high quality customer service and uphold Sugaring NYC standards
Train New Employees On:
· Sugaring and other services that we provide.
· Daily tasks/checklists, Store Opening, Store Closing and Zenoti/POS procedures.
· High quality Customer Service, including greeting and checking-in customers, adherence to allocated service time, confirming appointments.
Enhance Sales:
· Dos and Don’ts on social media and leveraging our Instagram page to expand outreach to customers.
· Educating customers about S Pass, Sugaring benefits and selling more.
Team Building:
· Conduct check-ins with the Sugaristas on a regular basis, address their concerns, provide constructive feedback, and build a collaborative work environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
