DESCRIPTION
Are you looking for a sales career helping people find their perfect vehicle? Dave Syverson is looking to add a Sales & Leasing Consultant to help customers find their perfect vehicle. In this position, you will be setting appointments, assisting on test drives, and selling vehicles that fit our customer’s needs and interests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Converting visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car
- Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all vehicles and being able to compare different competitive models.
- Confident in demonstrating vehicle features.
- Building a positive rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
- Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them.
- Work with other team members to successfully serve customers

COMPENSATION
- $3,000 per month guaranteed draw w/ volume-based pay plan + 2 WEEKEND OFF per month
OFF Major Holidays
