Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated On-Site Mechanics to join our team. This role is based at our hangar at PHNL airport in Honolulu, Hawaii, and includes the exciting opportunity to travel worldwide with our aircraft. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet to ensure the highest standards of safety and reliability. Current aircraft in Hawaii is a Dassault Falcon 50. Opportunities to work on Learjet's and various turbo props as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on aircraft.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues.
- Conduct inspections and make necessary repairs to ensure airworthiness.
- Travel with aircraft as needed, providing maintenance support on-site worldwide.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and safety compliance.
Qualifications:
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to various working conditions. Passport required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work on a 2-week on, 2-week off rotation.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
