Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in resort management, hospitality, and guest services. As a Director, you will oversee various aspects of operations, including managing staff, cash handling, events management, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the facility
- Oversee staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Plan and coordinate events and activities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service
- Collaborate with different departments to achieve organizational goals

- Proven experience in resort or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
