Who You Are:
The Office Manager is a highly organized and results-driven individual with a passion for customer service, organization and driving projects to successful completion. You’re able to coordinate and prioritize frequently shifting tasks and have stellar project management capabilities. Some responsibilities will include ensuring the office is clean and organized, assisting with office events and related needs and greeting and assisting team members and visitors.

What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment, including common areas, conference rooms, and workspaces.
- Assist HR department with tasks such as new hire orientation (i.e., set up, office tour, etc.) and interview set up (i.e., print resumes, prep room, greet candidate).
- Work with key stakeholders to plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, office events, employee training sessions and team-building activities.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Serve as liaison between departments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Lead and manage various administrative projects from inception to completion, with an ability to prepare and execute project plans.
- Work independently with limited supervision while being able to adapt varying communication styles as needed.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and procedures, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Promote and ensure high standards of excellence and attention to detail across ALL projects and initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Exhibit problem solving skills and a growth mindset to come up with innovative solutions to solve problems around the office and communicate those solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Execute and maintain our business process fundamentals for the team including our project management, file management, and knowledge management.
- Maintain professionalism in all aspects of work, including open communication, proactive problem-solving, and respectful interaction with colleagues and superiors.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including managing
- general follow-up to ensure deadlines, commitments and business goals are met.
- Collaborate on cross functional projects, special projects and additional duties as needed.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in office or administrative management roles, with a focus on client or customer service.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and project management tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and database management preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail across all aspects of the role, from project intricacies to office decor and etiquette.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and professionalism in all office management tasks.
- Strong emphasis on ensuring accuracy and precision in project execution, documentation, and communication.
- Proven track record of meticulously managing project details to ensure successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- A keen eye for aesthetic details, with a focus on creating an organized and visually appealing office environment.
- Understanding of the importance of presentation and its impact on stakeholder perception, particularly in the realm of office management.
- Consistently adheres to strict attention to detail in all tasks, recognizing its critical role in overall project and office management success.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and working on a computer.
- Bending and lifting up to 50 pounds sporadically.
