Tuesday to Saturday: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Sunday to Thursday: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Pay: $16.50/hour
Position Overview:
The Intake Specialist is crucial for managing the initial contact with potential clients, determining their eligibility, and providing detailed information and referral services. This role is key in ensuring an efficient and secure intake process, maintaining client safety, and upholding the high standards of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:

Communication and Screening: Serve as an extension of the screening process by answering calls, returning messages, and utilizing referral sources effectively.

Client Information Management: Obtain and verify client information through interviews and documentation, explaining admission criteria clearly to clients and their families.

Admission Coordination: Manage the completion of admission and financial responsibility forms; coordinate the necessary arrangements for client support services, including transportation.

Safety and Compliance: Check for and manage contraband; document incidents, ensuring all procedures enhance client safety and comply with regulations.

Documentation: Complete all necessary intake paperwork, ensure clients understand and sign all relevant documents.

Inventory Management: Handle and log client inventory, including placing items in a dryer and outfitting clients in facility clothing.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare admission reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Confidentiality and Ethics: Maintain strict confidentiality and contribute to the organization's reputation by adhering to ethical standards and privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, call center, or in a role involving client intake is highly preferred.
