Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Answer phone calls and take reservations with proper phone etiquette
- Use the POS system, specifically Aloha POS, to manage seating arrangements and track table availability
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or guest relations role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
