The Senior Experiential Designer will spearhead the visual and experiential elements of Burrell’s Brand Engagement Marketing practice. This role demands a visionary creative who excels in designing immersive experiences that resonate deeply within the automotive sector and beyond.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with BEM team to translate brand stories into compelling visual and physical experiences. As well as collaboration with creative teams and clients.

Lead the design of experiential marketing campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring they resonate with diverse audiences.

Innovate in the use of space, technology, and narrative to create immersive environments at trade shows and interactive events.

Guide and inspire a team of designers, fostering a creative atmosphere that aligns with Burrell’s mission and values.

This role will report directly to the Chief Creative Officer
Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, particularly in automotive, trade show, or immersive entertainment environments.

Proven ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact creative projects that integrate physical and digital elements.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in experiential design and creative leadership.
