Responsible for the oversight of wastewater treatment operations. Accounts included in responsibilities assigned by General Manager.
Regional Coordinator would be expected to visit on the sites on a frequent basis to evaluate state of operations and assess plant needs. In between site visits, it is expected Regional Coordinator would arrange TEAMS calls with site managers to ensure sites are not experiencing compliance, operational, or personnel issues.
Position will require frequent overnight travel and long distance driving.
Duties include:
- Plant communications
- System start-up/set-up

Conformance to site budget, including management and control of:
- Schedule

Parts

Chemicals

Maintenance expenses

3rd party suppliers
- Position is responsible for reporting to the General Manager the status of the operations and any issues or opportunities at the sites

Learning the system operations in order to operate if required

System troubleshooting

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) creation and/or improvement

Data collection improvements and trending

Plant safety and training

Vacation relief

Other duties, as assigned by General Manager

Administration of Safety Program, including:
- Assigning safety trainings to employees

Registering and assigning new training to employees

Tracking safety training completion and compliance
