NAMS is
rrently seeking a *Part-Time, Call Center Customer Service Representative (20 hours per week) *for its para-transit transportation program call center. This position handles inbound and outbound calls while ensuring timely booking of trips for our valued customers. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must! Get to work from HOME every other week!
*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* Answering phones (incoming and outgoing calls)
* Scheduling appointments for our customers
* Addressing customer inquiries
* Registering customers
*Benefits:*
* $18.00 per hour

*Requirements:*
* Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00AM – 11:00 AM
* *Comprehensive 4-6 week training done at the office before starting the hybrid 50/50 position.*
* Call center experience preferred
* Customer service experience required
* Must have the ability to have a workspace at home that meets remote work policies
* Must have reliable internet at home
* Must be willing to work at the office if unable to connect at home for >30 minutes
* Punctual and reliable
* Computer skills required
* Great communication skills
