Position: In-house Marketing Assistant
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Please only apply if you're able to commute to our Glendale office twice a week)

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts by assisting with managing the marketing calendar, tracking projects, and facilitating communication between various departments and teams including our marketing, development, social media, and technology departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Calendar Management:
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar with all campaigns, deadlines, and progress.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Monitor and report on the progress of marketing initiatives.
- Identify potential roadblocks and work with the team to find solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
Team Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments such as development, social media, technology and public relations.
- Facilitate regular meetings and communication to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Provide relevant updates on project statuses and marketing activities.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, plans, and strategies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing files.
Marketing Strategy:
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing efforts, event marketing, and promotional activities.
- Assist in setting up and managing online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, etc.)
- Compile and analyze data to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work and commute to our Glendale office on Tuesday's and Wednesday's
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Product management apps like Asana and Monday
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity or interest with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and public relations is a plus.
