Zebra Strategies is seeking an Associate Market Research Project Manager. The role is to oversee all aspects of the market research studies you are managing. This includes setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities to fellow team members, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project. The Associate Project Manager will demonstrate superior project management skills and oversee the execution of the tactical plan agreed upon by the client including coordination of internal and external resources, timelines, and team communication. To be successful in this role you must be able to work independently, under-pressure, and excel at multitasking. In addition, you display a sense of urgency, superb attention to detail, and are results orientated.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNTIONS:
Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Assisting in the development of project plans and timelines
- Importing project timelines into Google Workspace and Monday.com
Data Management:
- Organizing and managing data collection (i.e. session recordings, transcripts, etc).
- Overseeing data collection into Google Drive, Dropbox, etc
Quality Assurance:
- Implementing quality control processes to ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all team members
- Conducting regular checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Collaborating with team members to problem-solve
Communication and Coordination:
- Assisting with communication between all internal team members
- Keep internal stakeholders informed about project status, milestones, changes, and/or updates
Administrative Support:
- Providing general administrative support to the project team as needed (i.e., scheduling meetings, arranging logistics for project-related meetings, etc).
Fieldwork Assistance:
- Assistance with the setup and management of virtual fieldwork
- Ensuring sessions start on time and adhere to the schedule
- Coordinating with team members on the punctuality of participants
- Monitoring communication channels during sessions to address technical issues or any questions raised.
Qualifications
· Proven working experience in project management
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to work well with a range of people
· Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
· Exceptional problem solver
· Proven ability to deliver in high paced environment
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
· Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study
· Prior experience working as a Project Manager in the Market Research industry is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
