Luster National Inc., a minority-owned small business headquartered in Mill Valley, California, with offices nationwide, and a highly respected Program, Project, Construction and Consulting Management company, is seeking an experienced and successful Sr. Project Manager.
This position will work with the Design Build team on a major infrastructure project, ensuring the final product is sustainable, reliable, and easy to maintain. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York City, NY.

Responsibilities
- Create an implementation plan from 60% design to construction NTP that optimizes the transition from design into construction.
- Work with DB Team members to ensure design work aligns with contract terms and is sufficient in quality and completion to move into construction phase.
- Collaborate with DB Team, and other stakeholders to ensure client intent and supporting goals are embedded into implementation plan.
- Advise stakeholders on issues and offer solutions to resolve them.
- Confirm DB Team existing program implementation plan possesses requisite communication protocols, governance adherence, and quality standards.
- Ensure stakeholder leadership approves the plan which includes roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience managing progressive design build infrastructure projects of $500M+.
- Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and industry-related applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in New York City.
- Possess NY PE or Architect license or license from another jurisdiction with ability to obtain NY endorsement within 3 months of start date.
Compensation Details
The salary range listed for this role is $250-300k annually. The final salary offered is based on multiple factors and is thoughtfully aligned with each candidate’s level of experience, breadth of skills, total education achieved, certifications/licenses that have been obtained, etc.
