As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and managing various tasks to ensure a smooth workflow. To excel in this role, you'll need excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively. Adaptability, discretion, and professionalism are also key attributes for success.
Your duties may include:
Calendar Management: Organizing meetings, appointments, and events for the CEO, and ensuring their schedule is optimized.
Communication: Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO and prioritizing messages appropriately.
Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips, conferences, and meetings.
Documentation and Reports: Preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports often involving sensitive or confidential information.
Meeting Support: Coordinating logistics for meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Project Assistance: Providing support on special projects and initiatives, which may involve research, data analysis, and coordination with other team members.
Gatekeeping: Screening and prioritizing requests for the executive's time and attention, ensuring they focus on key priorities.
Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and exercising discretion in handling confidential matters.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other executives.
Skills and Experience:
5+ years proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level Executive.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
