Job Title: Stock Replenishment Clerk

Job Summary
The Stock Replenishment Clerk assists the picking teams by ensuring the timely replenishment of picking bins. Utilizing reports and visual cues, the Replenishment Clerk will transfer materials from overstock locations and move them physically and systematically to ensure orders can be picked completely.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock pick areas- Move product from overstock areas to their assigned pick bins.
- Use RF scanner to complete systems – Record all material movements using RF scanners to maintain inventory and location accuracy.
- Inventory accuracy- During the process of replenishing pick bins, cycle counts may be required to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain orderly picking areas- As stock is moved, and placed on shelves, ensure shelves are organized and material is easily accessible for the order pickers.
- Utilize ERP software- Access ERP and WMS software programs to run reports and investigate discrepancies.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Liaise with other departments, including e-commerce and shipping to ensure high demand items are in pick bins.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced distribution/fulfillments center setting preferably in a stocking or inventory control role, with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software including experience with RF scanning.
- Problem solving skills to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
Preferred Skills
- Stand up/Narrow aisle reach truck experience.
- Cycle counting experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly those related to e-commerce and inventory management.
- Previous experience with material handling.
- Solid math skills.
