This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization and will reside within the North Division. The Unit General Manager (UGM) Designate will participate in a formalized program designed to provide the tools, training, and experiences needed to successfully transition into Pepsico and ultimately be placed in a UGM role. After completing this 6-9 month program, designates may need to relocate within the Pennsylvania Market if required for permanent role placement.

- Successfully onboard into PepsiCo and complete ~6-9 month designate program
- Effectively build and create relationships with leadership, coach, mentor, and frontline
- Complete all assigned tasks and projects
- Effectively take on leadership position within your assigned territory
- Learn the fundamental skills required of a UGM within the North Division
- Successfully complete certification
UGM Responsibilities:
- Leading the sales and distribution strategy for a regional distribution center to include sales, delivery, customer service, and marketing equipment.
- Maximize volume and revenue in a defined geography in a direct store delivery go-to-market environment
- Coach and lead a team of sales professionals and frontline employees on selling and display execution and merchandising standards
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Ensure the team delivers volume and revenue results while effectively managing the location P&L and managing costs.
Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650 based on a full-time schedule.

Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, MBA a plus

Consumer packaged goods experience in a direct store delivery environment preferred

A minimum of 5 years of proven people leadership experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Business and Financial Acumen; Analytics and Insights to create and drive strategy

Awareness of levers to drive success with team and in market

Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite

Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
