URC has an exciting career in Territory Sales Manager positions available to manage and drive sales within the following geographical areas; Mid-Atlantic (VA, TN, NC, MD, DE, and PA), Mid-West (WI, IL, MI, IN, and KY), and Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, and N.CA). This role qualifies for potential relocation package. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing new dealers, maintaining current dealer relationships, meeting sales targets, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring efficient sales operations. The Territory Sales Manager will develop/manage sales in their respective territories via new dealer acquisitions and increasing sales with new and existing dealers.

Expectations (Job Description):
- Highly motivated and have a strong drive to succeed
- Present, promote and sell products using solid value propositions to prospectivedealers
- Strategic thinking and an ability to prioritize the immediate tasks
- The ability to travel extensively within their specific territory, at least three to four days a week
- Establish, develop and maintain positive dealer relationships
- Reach out to and targets/prospects through cold calling & attraction campaigns
- Ability to listen to the concerns of a dealers with empathy and be able to address their needs
- Manage status, next steps and opportunities with prospects and targets
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets/KPIs and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on progress in dealer acquisition, customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Attendance at regional andnational trade show(s) as determined by URC Sales Management.
- Eager to learn URC products and become a technical expert
- Work collaboratively with the National Sales Manager, the Opportunity Manager, and all internal Engineering support teams
Experience:
- Assertive in developing/gaining new dealers and sales. Confidence and strong motivation to succeed in cold-calling target dealers and successfully close the supply deals
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
- High work ethic - driven in taking initiatives, multi-tasking, prioritization, and follow through
- High ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Intermediate computer skills including experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
Technical requirements:
- At least five years of successful sales experience.
- Sales experience in consumer electronics is a plus
