The Buttery ATL is a pastry production kitchen that makes everything in the world of patisserie and viennoiserie from scratch every day. Pies, Cakes, Laminated doughs, Muffins and cookies to Croquembouche to glaces and doughnuts. If you wish to learn the Pastry Arts, then this is the kitchen to be in. The Pastry Cook assists the Pastry Chef in all forms of pastry. all while representing Hopkins and Company and their respective business in a professional manner at all times, on and off premises.
