Must be licensed in the State of California.
Must be able to go into the local office in Ontario, California.
Responsible for performing legal services involved with pre/post foreclosure sales, including, loss mitigation, probate, deceased debtor issues, reviewing title process, and conducting communications with clients, debtors, and attorneys.
Hybrid after training.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Review and prepare legal notices and other title documents such as assignments and deeds required under the California foreclosure process.
Review and prepare notices required for Federal Debt Collection Practices Act.
Review and analyze title defects. Prepare title curative documents. File title claims, and work with title companies to cure title defects.
Review and analyze issues arising from debtor/attorney disputes. Communicate with borrowers, attorneys and clients regarding the resolution of the dispute.
Performs additional duties as requested.
POSITION PREFERENCES:
Doctor of Jurisprudence.
Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
Minimum 0 -2 years’ experience
Must be PC literate and able to rapidly adapt to a variety of data base systems.
Ability to represent the company in various forums to foster the desires and image of the company in the community
Pay Commensurate with experience.
