Job Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION
To aid in the effective and efficient execution of Quality Equipment Management projects as directed.
REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
The person in this position should possess experience in basic administration processes.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
This person should demonstrate professional levels of written and oral communication skills. They should have familiarity with computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
· Confirm deliveries and pickups of equipment and dumpsters from multiple job sites.
· Communicate directly with various vendor and supply partners on deliveries and pickups.
· Source equipment via locating and calling potential vendors for pricing, availability, and other details.
· Assist the project team with administrative activities including confirming orders, reviewing, and updating schedule dates, and more as needed.
· Coordinate with customers to accept and respond to order requests and schedule changes.
· Minimize exposure and risk across multiple projects.
· Support the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects.
· Additional tasks as may be assigned by the direct supervisor.

· Work as a team player in a corporate environment.
· Demonstrate ability to interact professionally and tactfully with customers, vendors, and QEM team members.
· Communicate in a positive manner with others in a manner which maximizes the overall business effectiveness.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
· Works in an office environment and utilizes typical office tools.
· Works at a desk location for extended periods of time to perform normal daily tasks.
· Lifts up to 10 pounds from the floor to waist level and is able to carry such objects for at least 30 feet.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.52 - $22.04 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
