**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategies, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role will primarily focus on and , requiring a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals. Fluency in is a plus as it will enhance our ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Engage with potential clients through various channels to promote products/services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials.
- Utilize techniques to foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to maximize profitability.
- Provide exceptional before and after sales transactions.
- Utilize or similar CRM tools to track progress and manage customer interactions effectively.
**Skills:**
- Experience in Cannabis Sales is required.
- OMMA Credentials for work are required. This not the same as a medical card. If you dont have this please do not apply!
- Experience with Leaflink is preferred.
- Experience with photograhy and editing is a plus.
- Proven experience in roles, preferably in a technical or outside sales capacity.
- Strong ability to understand and communicate technical product information effectively.
- Proficiency in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
- Fluency in is highly desirable.
- Excellent skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Exceptional skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.
