ColorTime, Los Angeles, California is looking for an Account Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support to our Account Executives and Account Representatives to ensure smooth operations procedures. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time. Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized with an interest in technology and computers. The job will be hands on dealing with video files as well as scheduling operators.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, file and retrieve operations-related documents
- Update internal databases with account information
- Look at and report on media
- Schedule operators
Skills
- Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Familiarity with Post Production

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
