We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:
- Maintenance, Process Performance and/or Reliability Specialist, Greenville, SC.
Responsibilities
Conduct reliability assessments and analyses on existing and new systems.
Use statistical tools and methods to identify failure patterns and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze relevant data.
Identify potential risks that may affect the reliability of equipment and systems.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and improve system resilience.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reliability.
Utilize predictive maintenance techniques and condition monitoring to anticipate failures.
Assess the lifecycle of assets and provide recommendations for improvements or replacements.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to incorporate reliability considerations in the development of new systems and equipment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably computer mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a related role, such as site reliability engineer, DevOps engineer, or systems engineer.
Strong understanding of Linux, scripting languages (Python, Bash), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with monitoring tools, metrics analysis, and incident response procedures.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
Knowledge of reliability modeling and prediction techniques.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Strong knowledge in cGxP and regulatory guidance as well as understanding of how they are applied to regulatory compliance.
Technical Writing skills and investigations processes.
Available to work extended hours, possibility of weekends and holidays.
