The Human Resources Coordinator performs a critical role on the overall Human Resources team, promoting a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, diversity, and achievement. Supporting administrative and project functions, the Human Resources Coordinator connects directly with associates at all locations to deliver successful outcomes. This position supports full-cycle recruitment, benefit administration, record keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entries.

- Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Support onboarding processes by verifying accuracy of information and correct entry of records to the HRIS
- Coordinate and monitor background investigation requests, reports, and billing
- Assist with the preparation and administration of the performance review process
- Assist with the recruitment and interview process including job posting, applicant tracking, status updates, offer generation, and follow-up
- Provide coordination of onboarding for new associates
- Maintain electronic employee records within the HRIS
- Compile and generate routine and requested reports
- Coordinate employee recognition programs
- Assist rollout and completion of employee satisfaction survey
- Perform general clerical duties including document sorting, filing, scanning, and mailing
- Complete additional duties as assumed or assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent education and experience
- At least two years related experience
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace, preferably bilingual (EN/ES)
- Demonstrate strong focus on integrity and confidentiality
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Effectively use Microsoft Office 365 suite at an intermediate skill level
- Effectively use HRIS platforms, preferably UKG Workforce Dimensions, at an intermediate skill level
- Maintain high degree of organization and accuracy
- Able to sit at a desk/computer for hours at a time
